Refund policy

 PRE-PLAYED MERCHANDISE REFUND POLICY

Pre-played merchandise may be repaired or exchanged with an identical item within 30 days with a valid sales receipt. 

NEW NEW VIDEO GAME/ACCESSORY REFUND POLICY 

Opened new merchandise may be exchanged for an identical item within 30 days with a valid sales receipt.  Unopened/Like New merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days with a valid sales receipt.

NEW VIDEO GAME CONSOLES/HANDHELDS RETURN POLICY

Opened new video game consoles/handhelds may not be returned or refunded. Defective consoles/handhelds must be returned to the manufacturer. 

CARD GAME MERCHANDISE

Card game singles are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.  Unopened/Sealed product that is in saleable condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days with a valid sales receipt.  Opened card game merchandise is not eligible for a return or exchange.
